Insurance and Payment Information for Chiropractic Services

First Choice Health Network (includes many regional insurance plans, please contact us for more detailed information.)

We also accept auto accident, workers compensation and AFLAC injury cases.

For specific information on chiropractic benefits, contact your health insurance company.  

If you have chiropractic benefits with one of the above-mentioned healthcare plans you will receive a discount for our services as we are an in-network Health Care Professional.  We will have you pay the deductible portion if it has not been met or your co-pay at the time of service.   If your insurance is not listed we will have you pay at the time of service and are happy to bill your insurance for you or provide you a walk-out receipt so that you may send it to your insurance.
